AMRITSAR: Russia’s Special Envoy to Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov has said that allegations made against Pakistan by India and Afghanistan are baseless.
Addressing the Heart of Asia Conference on Sunday, the Russian envoy said that the speech of Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz was very constructive and friendly.
“We should avoid blame game and work together,” he said, adding that Russia was working on building cordial relations with the regional countries.
The Russian envoy said that Afghanistan was pivot of Heart of Asia conference and the agenda of the conference had not been hijacked.
