HYDERABAD: Shia Ulema under Ulema Shian Hyder Qarar Hyderabad have lashed out at the Federal and Sindh governments for their failure to protect lives of citizens and have asked them to resign as they have lost the justification to rule. They said no one in Pakistan including religious places like Dargahs, Imambargahs, Masjids and even schools are not safe in the country. If there was any one safe it was the terrorist and the ruler. Addressing a news conference here Friday Maulana Imdad Hussaini, Maulana Allah Bachayo Nasri and others said in the last 3 or 4 days more than 8 blasts of terrorism had been committed in all 4 provinces which was ample proof of the inefficiency of the rulers. They said whenever rulers felt any danger to their power the streets, shrines, places of worship and schools were made targets of terrorism. They expressed doubt that if the Sharifs were in power they were because of the support of the Taliban. They deplored that after hundreds of terror attack no terrorist has so far been punished and asked what this meant. Maulana Imdad Hussaini expressed deep sorrow on apathetic conduct of the Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah who after hearing the news of the blast at Dargah Sewhan Sharif, which is his own constituency, stayed in Karachi to give protocol to Asif Zardari who was coming from Dubai instead of rushing to Sewhan to supervise the rescue operation which could have saved lives of many more that were injured.
