KHAIRPUR: Three people including a minor girl were killed in an alleged case of honour killing in Khairpur late Friday night.
Nazia Kausar, 27, along with her 9 months old daughter and her house help were shot down by his brother.
According to police, Akbar had suspected that his sister had illicit relations with the servant.
According to Peer Wasan Station House Officer Mansoor Ahmed Nizamani, the accused and the victim’s husband were arrested during a raid.
Moreover, Nizamani said the accused had confessed to his crimes.
The dead bodies were handed over to their relatives after a postmortem examination at Thari Mirwah Taluka hospital.
