LAHORE: Pakistan cricket team captain Safraz Ahmed on Friday said that his team would continue winning momentum in the limited-over series against New Zealand starting from January 6.
While addressing a press conference in Wellington, the Champions Trophy 2017 winner captain said his team is trying to sustain their position.
“After Champions Trophy, our players are feeling more confident. We have a lot of faith in our prayers and we have continued with the same team with just one or two changes to give them a proper chance and make a good line up,” Sarfraz said.
Our batting and bowling line-up both have been performed well and hopefully we will win the series against New Zealand, said the skipper, adding: “Fakhar Zaman is playing very well, Hasan Ali, Shadab Khan and Amir are also in good form. So, we are confident to see good cricket here.”
Pakistan will meet New Zealand in the first of five one-day internationals in Wellington on Saturday.
