ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar reached Islamabad’s judicial complex on Wednesday wherethe accountability court is hearing the Supreme Court-directed corruption reference against him.
Two out of the 28 prosecution witnesses also recorded their statements against Dar before the court on Wednesday.
The two witnesses Ishtiaq Ahmed an official of the Inland Revenue department and Tariq Javed who is a private bank employee recorded their statements against Ishaq Dar in the case of alleged corruption at the accountability court.
Dar was indicted on Wednesday by the accountability court, which he subsequently challenged in the Islamabad High Court. The IHC dismissed his plea against the indictment.
