SWAT: A man was martyred and two others were left injured after a remote-controlled explosion took place in Swat valley on Monday, police stated.
Security agencies stated that the blast was targeting a local Aman Council member who went by the name of Ahmed Zab in Malam Jabba. Zeb was in his car accompanied by his father and two other people on his way to Mingora when the blast occurred.
Police say that Zeb’s father died on the spot meanwhile the other two people sustained serious injuries and were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
Authorities cordoned off the area and have started a search operation in the area.
