ISLAMABAD: Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman has said that the Karakoram Highway would be improved under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Talking to a delegation of Eastern Highway Company in Islamabad, the GB chief minister said that the Gilgit-Chitral Expressway and other link roads under CPEC will usher in a new era of development in the area.
He said new road-linkages in Gilgit and Skardu will provide better transport facilities to the people.
