KARACHI: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique stated that railway service structure will complete in 2017.Addressing at a gathering of railway employees, the minister said, “every individual; associated with railway will get his/her rights and no one will be allowed to blackmail anyone.”
