‘Bollywood’s Khiladi’ Akshay Kumar has begun shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Padman’, which is based on Arunachalam Muruganantham’s life and struggles. He invented low-cost sanitary napkins for women in India. Akshay has asked his fans for their support.
Akshay posted a picture on his Twitter account, in which he is walking with his beloved wife Twinkle Khanna and they are holding hands. His wife is producing the film under her banner Mrs Funnybones movies.
Akshay captioned the picture, “Embarking on a new journey, this time with the Mrs. First day of @mrsfunnybones’ #Padman directed by R Balki,need your love and luck as always.”
The movie is directed by R Balki and the film features Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor.
