Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said on Sunday that the government would take action against all those who would violate law and no compromise would be made on the writ of the state.
The government would deal with all miscreants and extremists in the country with an iron hand.
He said that the previous government had miserably failed to implement the National Action Plan.
Chaudhry said that action was taken against Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) after collection of evidence against them.
He said government had taken on board all religious scholars and ulemas in that regard and they had shown their support.
The minister said the government had constituted a committee to formulate a uniformed syllabus for all private and public educational institutions as well as seminaries of the country.
