PEHSAWAR: Minister for Education Muhammad Atif Khan has announced the establishment of Inspectorate of Schools Regularity Authority to look over the private education institutions affairs at the province.
He said that the step was taken for the betterment of the private education sector as the government seeking more positive role from the sector.
He was speaking to a function of inauguration ceremony of The British School of Education new campus at Jalala, Mardan that provincial government cannot undermine the role of the private sector in the education. On the occasion, Managing Director Sami-ur-Rehman, students, teachers and parents were also present.
Muhammad Atif Khan said that provincial government has allocated unprecedented funds for the education and has brought novel reforms and policies to provide free education to peoples on their door step.
He said that public schools have restore their trust at the community and parents admitting their children into government schools for good study environment, adding that government using the digital boards at the schools to create better learning environment for the children.
No nation can claim to sovereign and independent in true sense unless its population is educated and literate as an uneducated populace cannot play its active in nation building Atif Khan added. The MD of the Semmes Schools shared that currently the school has three more campuses including Jamal Ghari, ShevaAdda and Mardan with aim to spread the light of the literacy in the purview of state policy.
