PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that security situation in FATA greatly improved after operation Zarb-e-Azb.
In an interview in Peshawar on Saturday, he said most of terrorists have been eliminated, adding that terrorists are now targeting soft targets and killing innocent people in frustration.
He hoped that remaining terrorists would also be eliminated and FATA would be made the abode of peace.
Answering a question, he expressed satisfaction over the security arrangement in tribal areas.
He expressed sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the departed souls of the Parachinar blast.
