Frontier Corps Inspector General Major General Shaheen Mazhar Mehmood, Brig Amir Muhammad Khan, Commandant Tall Bridge, National Assembly Member Sajid Topri, Khurram Agency Political Agent Ikramullah, relatives of the deceased as well as local citizens also attended the funeral prayers.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak strongly condemned the incident and expressed sorrow over the loss of life. He also inquired into the health of the injured and directed the hospital administration to provide efficient medical facilities to the victims.
