ISLAMABAD: In order to make the Capital Development Authority Security Directorate (CDA) wing more active, around 200 more security Guards were handed over to CDA department to make security arrangements foolproof.
According to sources, the majority of old security personnel working under CDA Security Directorate Department are deployed at irrelevant locations. Moreover, complaints are also received that some of security personnel are not fulfilling their job responsibilities.
The 200 security guards transferred to CDA security Directorate wing were deployed with maintenance Directorate, Municipal Division, Parliament Lodges, President Secretariat, Parliament house, Block water management, CDA lab, MPO Directorate and Special Projects Directorate and were looking after other matters rather than doing security duties.
