ISLAMABAD: The Met office has forecasted more rain with snowfall over the hills at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Islamabad, upper FATA, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Very cold and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country too. According to reports, an active westerly wave is affecting the country and is likely to persist till Wednesday.
In the past 24 hours, rain and thunderstorm with snowfall occurred at scattered places in Punjab, KP, Kashmir, Islamabad and upper FATA and Balochistan.
The lowest temperatures recorded were – Gupis -10°C, Kalam -9°C, Skardu -5°C, Chitral -3°C, Kalat, Malamjabba, Astore, Parachinar -6°C, Bagrote, Zhob, Hunza -4°C.
