ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry visited NAB KP Regional Bureau to review its performance based on the annual inspection conducted by the Chairman’s Inspection & Monitoring Team (CI&MT) at NAB KP Bureau.
NAB Chairman’s Inspection & Monitoring Team (CI&MT) was designated to conduct the annual inspection of NAB KP Regional Bureau for 2016.
The annual inspection was carried out from Feb 6-8, 2017 in order to review and assess the performance of NAB Lahore Bureau on the basis of the newly introduced Partly Quantified Grading System (PQGS).
A senior member of the CI&MT along with other team members conducted the said annual inspection for the year 2016.
He gave a detailed update to Chairman NAB about the annual inspection done by CI&MT and highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of NAB KP Regional Bureau. He announced that a Partly Quantified Grading System (PQGS) had been devised in 2014 under the orders of the chairman NAB.
Under this PQGS, the performance of all NAB’s Regional Bureaus is being conducted since 2014 with uniform criteria.
QamarZaman directed his CI&MT to conduct annual inspection of all regional NAB Bureaus for their performance of the year 2016 which started from January 2017.
The annual inspection of Karachi, Rawalpindi, Sukkur and Lahore has been conducted.
