MULTAN: Five suspected militants, belonging to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), were arrested in the area of Sahoo Chowk, Multan by a team of Multan’s Counter Terrorism Department (CTD).
As per report of an informer, the militants were planning to attack Multan and their targets were LEAs personnel and installation.
Upon acquiring this information, a team of Multan CTD raided and arrested all five suspected militants named Nasrullah Khan, Zarsaaz Khan, Hakeem khan, Rozi khan and Ruhullah khan.
Five hand grenades and weapons were recovered from their possession. A case was registered against the accused.
