Deputy Secretary Information of Pakistan People’s Party Palwasha Khan has demanded to dismiss Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid and initiation of a case against him for telling lie. In a statement Palwasha Khan said that an FIR should be registered against Sheikh Rashi after the investigation report in the Tezgam tragedy. Sheikh Rashid had said that the tragedy occurred due to blast of gas cylinder whereas report says that electric short circuit was the reason of tragedy. In this incident over 70 people were killed and Sheikh Rashid had accused commuters for starting the fire. This is shameful act of the minister, she said. Palwasha Khan said that a murder case should be initiated against Sheikh Rashid. She also demanded compensation of five million rupees for every life lost and one million for every injured.
