KARACHI: Police on Monday arrested five accused during operations in different parts of the metropolis, police sources said.
Police apprehended three accused from Orangi Town during an operation and recovered arms and narcotics from them. The detained accused were said to be involved in several cases.
Police also carried out an operation in Awami Colony area and arrested a gang member of rickshaw and motorcycle thieves. They also recovered a rickshaw and a stolen motorcycle from his possession. Meanwhile, a drug peddler was arrested from Gabol Town during a raid.
