RAWALPINDI: Young artists Humera Siddiqi and Shazia Akbar arranged a painting exhibition, entitled ‘Colors’ on Monday with Rawalpindi Arts Council’s (RAC) supports.
Naheed Manzoor and Resident Director Waqar Ahmed inaugurated the exhibition. Both Shazia and Humera participated in this exhibition as well.
Shazia Akbar displayed 40 imaginative landscape paintings, while Humera Siddiqi, an extremely ambitious and energetic artist, had a passion for painting since her childhood. The artist looks at the world from a different perspective and wishes to see the real world filled with colours and happiness, and her works portrays the same.
Bold and vibrant paintings were displayed in this exhibition. ‘Colors’ will be put on display till 14th January 2017.
