MULTAN: Punjab Assembly member from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Malik Mazhar Abbas has decided to leave the PML-N and has opted to join the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
MPA Mazhar Abbas hails from Multan, and is expected to join the PTI in two or three days.
The MPA is in fact the latest in a wave of PML-N legislators who have jumped ship and moved to the PTI. MNA Bilal Virk and two minority lawmakers from the ruling party also recently joined the PTI.
