LAHORE: Senator Mushahidullah Khan and Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah termed as “cowardly” the stance adopted by PTI Chairman Imran Khan regarding hosting the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) in Lahore.
“This is a cowardly stance. If we continue to get blackmailed by terrorists, we will never be able to host any major event in our country,”Mushahidullah argued.
He said that Imran Khan must have been fed by someone to come up with such a bizarre reaction regarding the PSL’s final. “The whole nation, government and armed forces are fully united on this issue,” he added.
Meanwhile, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that it was a unanimous decision by the Pakistanis to hold the final of the PSL in Lahore. “The stadium will be packed with fans. People will come in great numbers not only in Lahore, but also from other cities of Pakistan,” he predicted.
To a question, he said that Imran Khan’s stance was foolish and stupid.
