SRINAGAR: All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman (APHC) Syed Ali Gilani and APHC General Secretary Shabbir Ahmed Shah have have strongly condemned the arrest of 31 youth from Nathnoosa area of Baramulla and said that the puppet authorities have converted the territory into a big jail.
A press release issued on Thursday cited the APHC Chairman Gilani as saying that the actions of the authorities as the worst example of state terrorism. He said that this sheer lawlessness illustrated the egoistic and autocratic behaviour of the puppet authorities.The APHC chairman said that it was injustice that mourners were barred from sharing their grief for martyrs and were not even allowed to offer their last rituals. Gilani said, “It is shocking that police have filed cases against those who participated in a martyr’s funeral prayers.” He further demanded immediate release of Nathnoosa youth.
