ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced to end its boycott of the Parliament citing a few reasons for the party to participate in proceedings of the House.
While speaking to newsmen, PTI Chairman Imran Khan said, “We are going to go the Parliament for some special reason and the purpose of ending our boycott is to present two motions – one privilege and another adjournment motion – against the prime minister.”
“When I take to streets they accuse me of inviting the military, but this time we would see how would they respond to the privilege motion,” he said.
He added that PTI parliamentarians will attend the National Assembly session on Wednesday.
The PTI chief inquired as to why did the PM claim before the Parliament that he had all documents regarding the Panama Leaks case. “We believe the case has ended and we have won it,” he added.
Khan also regretted the embarrassment faced by Foreign Adviser Sartaj Aziz in India and asked why Aziz was to sent India attend the Heart of Asia conference.
