The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has so far dispatched text books to 650,000 students of matriculation, FA, BA, BEd and of postgraduate programmes who had registered themselves for the Autumn 2018 semester.
As per details, the books and other allied materials given out to 100,000 students of matric, 150,000 of FA, 250,000 of BA, 100,000 of BEd and associate degree programmes and the additional 50,000 students registered in post-graduate programmes have been sent while the mailing of the Bachelors programme was in progress.
It was being ensured that the students could get the same at the earliest so that they submit their academic assignments within the stipulated time-schedule, Mailing Section In-Charge Dr Amjad Ali said.
The students have been advised to contact their relevant post offices in case of delay in books’ delivery.
