ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Justice (retd) Amanullah Khan Yasinzai as Balochistan governor.
A spokesman for the Prime Minister office confirmed that President Arif Alvi, on the advice of the PM Imran Khan has signed the summary of Yasinzai’s appointment as Balochistan governor.
Amanullah Yasinzai has been nominated after Mohammad Khan Achakzai resigned as the governor of Balochistan,
Justice (retd) Amanullah Khan Yasinzai was born on August 7, 1954. He was appointed a judge in the Balochistan High Court on January 27, 1997.
Amanullah Khan became the BHC chief justice on September 14, 2005 and continued until August 5th, 2009.
