RAWALPINDI: In retaliation to Indian cross border firing which claimed life of an eight-year-old minor on Monday, Pakistan’s armed forces have killed two Indian soldiers, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
“Pakistan Army troops neutralised Indian post which targeted a minor along line of control. 2 Indian soldiers killed,” said ISPR.
Earlier today, DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor said in a statement that an eight-year-old boy, identified as Ayan from Jajot village, was martyred when Indian forces opened fire from across the border.
“Indian brutality takes life of an eight year old boy Ayan of Jajot village along LOC. Blatant targeting of innocent unarmed civilians across LOC exposes true Indian face,” DG ISPR said in a tweet.
Earlier this week, driver of a school van was martyred in Dharamsal area by Indian forces in Battal sector in another LOC violation.
