KHAIRPUR: Six persons going back to their native places after attending annual Urs of Qalander lal Shahbaz including two women were killed and four others injured in road accident near Ghotki on Tuesday evening.
According to Sarhad police people travling in motocycle rickshaws were going to their village near Sadiq abad Punjab from Sewhan Sharif after attending the ceremonies of Hazrat lal Shahbaz Qalander, when reached at Colonel Morre Sarhad By pass a speedy trawler hit their Rakhshahs resulted six people including Ghulam Ali-8 s/o Ghulam Mustafa Baloch, Ramsha -9 d/o Muhammad Jameel, Mehak-2, Mst Dilawar Khatoon-20 years w/o Muhammad Nadeem and other were died on the spot while four people including Imran, Nadeem,, Jamil, were hurt and they brought to Mirpur Mathelo hospital for treatment.
The bodies and injured were shifted after two hours of accident therefore more people were died said a villager Kamran to news man.
The bodies shifted to Mirpur Mathelo by Taluka Mukhtiarkar revenue Ghotki on the directions of DC Ghotki.
The Sarhad police arrested trawler driver and lodged case of incident.
