RAWALPINDI: A seniority list of Traffic Police warden performing duties in various areas of Rawalpindi Division has been prepared for their promotions.
According to sources, the 10 to 15 traffic police wardens are likely to be given promoted to Inspectors post ahead of forthcoming Eid.
At present, on the 1320 seats around 20161 wardens are performing duties, while all the wardens were hired on the same date.
The wardens are being promoted on the basis of their age. Moreover, a first batch consisting of 25 traffic wardens have already left to taking advance courses, which is necessary for the getting promotions.
The second batch is also likely to leave in few days.
