ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that every possible step is being taken to further enhance the professional capacity of Pakistan Navy.
He made these remarks during a meeting with Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah, who called on him in Islamabad Wednesday.
The prime minister said Pakistan Navy has a significantly vital position with regards to our national defence. He appreciated the role played by the Pakistan Navy in defending the maritime borders of the country.
Admiral Zakaullah apprised the prime minister about professional matters pertaining to Pakistan Navy.
