Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is all set to kick-off his party’s election campaign from June 24.
Imran will start campaign from Mianwali’s hockey stadium ground.
The PTI chief made the announcement of launching election campaign during his address to disgruntled party workers who have been staging protest outside his Bani Gala residence over allotment of tickets for the general elections 2018.
“We are contesting election to get victory. Change can only be brought if we win the polls,” said Imran.
He told the workers that the party gave tickets to those candidates who know how to contest elections.
“Awarding tickets to women was the most difficult part of the process,” Imran noted.
“We have reviewed our decisions wherever there have been reservations,” said the PTI chief assuring the workers that the final decision regarding tickets would be taken in next three days.
