KHAIRPUR: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that the federal government has failed to give the share of the National Finance Commission (NFC) award to Sindh, adding that the performance of power distribution companies, including K-Electric, SEPCO and HESCO, was unsatisfactory as the people of the province were braving prolonged load-shedding of up to 20 hours. After inaugurating the 196th Urs celebrations of Sufi saint Hazrat Sachal Sarmast at shrine town of Daraza Sharif district Khairpur on Saturday, he addressed PTI leader Imran Khan and said nobody can defeat PPP. He said that the campus of Sufi University Bhitshah at Daraza Sharif, Sachal development authority, Soalr Park, market, exhibition hall, and other developments works at Daraza Sharif and work would be start very soon. Earlier chairman Sachal Yadagar Committee Khairpur and deputy commissioner Khairpur Muhammad Saleem Rajpute briefed the CM about the developments work for darghah of sachal which he approved and directed the planning departments for further process. The Sindh Chief Minster also inaugurated the Sachal and Sarmast souvenir. The security arrangements was tightened on the Urs of Sachal Sarmast. The three days Urs of Hazrat Sachal sarmast remained continued 2nd day on Saturday.
