LAHORE: A brother gunned down his sister for honour on Lower Mall Road in the provincial capital.
According to reports, Shazia Bibi, 40, was going with her aunt Munawar Bibi and cousin Adnan when her brother opened fire on them. Resultantly, Shazia died on the spot while her aunt and cousin sustained serious injuries and were shifted to a nearby local hospital for first aid. The dead body was also shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
On the report of Shazia’s husband, police registered a case against her brother and started investigation.
